So far this morning we have been surrounded by rain. We did have a period of downpours earlier this morning.
We are tracking a summer storm system that will track from Wyoming to Kansas today-Friday. It is preceded by a series of smaller disturbances each producing an area of rain and thunderstorms. The models are all over the place as far as rainfall totals. As of this writing we do have showers and a few thunderstorms increasing to our southwest.
The video below offers one solution. The track of the main storm will be the determining factor in who see excessive rain.
