Man charged in St. Joe homicide at Krug Park

St. Joseph police say two people have been arrested in connection with the death of a 17-year-old.

Sebastian Dudley Dowell, 18, has been charged with second degree murder.

Police say a female juvenile is also in custody but has not been charged.

The arrests come a week after a jogger found Kaytlin Root's body in Krug Park.

Police have not released details about her death at this time.
