Three people stole a car near the 5200 block of St. John Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
Police were called to the scene at 6:38 a.m. on Friday. Officers found the car in the 8500 block of Wilson Road and took two people into custody.
One person is still on the loose and is believed to be inside a residence. Police are currently in a standoff with the person outside of the residence.
