Tree falls on two homes in Kansas City

A massive tree fell on two houses in south Kansas City. One woman was home when it happened, and she is OK.

A massive tree fell on two houses in south Kansas City on Tuesday.

The tree fell into the houses and crushed one of them at 55th and Garfield in south KC.

One woman was home when it happened, but she is OK.

City officials are trying to see what caused the tree to fall.

The tree was on private property and it's not clear if anyone will be at fault.
