UPDATE 2/22/2017 8:35 P.M.: Overland Park police say Howard James has been found safe.
ORIGINAL STORY 2/22/2017:
The Overland Park Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 67-year-old Howard James.
Police said he has dementia and was last seen in the area of 89th and Metcalf around 11 a.m. Wednesday.
James was driving a silver 2013 Volkswagon Passat with a Kansas license plate 520AZR.
He is 6’ tall, weighs 143 pounds and is balding. He was wearing khaki pants, a beige jacket and white tennis shoes.
