UPDATE: Authorities said they made contact with the suspect over the phone and talked him into surrendering without incident. The suspect was booked on outstanding warrants.

Lee's Summit police are trying to convince a wanted man to come out of a house.
Officers went to the house at Cardinal and Cardinal Court earlier Wednesday to serve a search warrant. The man refused to come out.
